A little bit about me.
I currently reside in the Orlando, Florida area, where I spend my days creating websites, training in Olympic weightlifting, and obsessing over podcasts. My journey into tech started after graduating from Stanford University while working in Operations at a Silicon Valley startup. As I began editing and writing for the company’s customer knowledge base, I fell in love with creating clear and helpful content. I was hooked and wanted to learn how to expand upon my copywriting skills and create my own blog and website.
That curiosity opened a door that could never be shut. When I learned how to build my first website, I realized I found something that gave me the freedom, challenge, and versatility I was looking for in my work. Now I’m diving into front-end development, where I can use my organizational skills and eye for detail to write clean, elegant code. And, I continue to express my love of writing as a freelance blogger, copywriter, and creative writer.
And stay tuned for my up and coming, revamped website! Launching by October 21st.
Hand-Coded HTML
My focus is writing clean, well-formatted, semantic HTML5 by hand to make sure that the content is easy to read, easy to collaborate on and trouble-shoot, and accessible.
Well-Organized CSS
I pride myself on writing CSS that is easy to read and build on. I focus on keeping my CSS lean and fast to load, and I make it a habit to stay up to date on current best practices.
Clear-Cut Writing With A Heart
You can trust me to take the overload of thoughts and information in your head & accurately translate it into content that other people can understand and enjoy.
